All our valuation envelopes use Royal Mail Special Delivery and are insured by the Royal Mail for up to £750. In the highly unlikely event, we receive your package with any sign of damage or tampering we will refuse delivery so you can make a claim against the Royal Mail.
If you think your items are worth more than £750.00 you can increase the insurance level between £1000 to £2500. You will have to pay a small fee at the post office and we will refund this when we buy your items. In order for us to process this, please email us with a copy of your receipt and reference to email@example.com within the same day as posting.
Always ask for proof of postage from the Post Office. Without it, it may not be possible to process your claim.
Cash, via post. We will send your cash by Royal Mail special delivery, insured by the Royal Mail. We charge a £10 administration fee for cash payments. You will be paid In British bank notes (not £50.00 notes) your cash will normally be with you the next working day and will require a signature.
We will send you a cheque by 1st class post with no charge to you. Payment will be sent to the address we sent the pack to, 1 working day after you agreed to our offer.
We will pay you straight into your bank account 1 working day after you accepted our offer.
The worldwide gold index is updated twice per day. To ensure we offer the best prices, we update our prices at the same time. We grade your gold 9ct to 24ct and pay accordingly, many other companies will only pay 9ct prices.
We pay by the carat and weight regardless of condition.
You must be 18+
Normally no unless they are diamonds of a decent size clarity, we recommend that if you want to keep any stones that you remove them before you send your gold.
No, we buy a range of precious metals including gold, silver, platinum and palladium. You can sell any of these metals to us by using our free valuation service.
Unfortunately, our service can not be used with items plated with gold or silver. Please do not send us these items as you may be charged a fee for their return.
We do not require a hallmark for items sent to us. We use a range of industry standard techniques to assess the quality and type of items sent to us.
We believe all our valuations offer a fair price to you. This means we do not haggle over price. If you reject our offer, we'll post your items back to you free of charge.
